Discuss your goals and general information with the team. We will then verify your insurance coverage.

We will get authorization to conduct an initial assessment. This allows us to create treatment plan goals as well as gain approval to begin services with the insurance company.
03.
The Clinical Supervisor assigned to the case will schedule a time to meet you at your home, get to know you and finalize the initial assessment. Once we submit the assessment and get approval from insurance, we can begin ongoing services!
